Made to Measure: Please download our measuring instructions

Care Instructions: Gently hand wash in all natural soap and lay flat to dry.

Delivery Time: Our designs our custom made especially for you and follow the "demand on production" model. As a result of this, the pieces will take 8-10 weeks to arrive at your doorstep.

Shipping: Free worldwide shipping.

Return Policy: All sales are non-refundable due to our "made to measure" production model.  We will, however, accept returns for alterations deemed in compliance to our alteration policy on an email request basis that is conveyed to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Alteration Policy: We will gladly do alterations that involve the shortening and lengthening of all sleeves and hems.

Alteration Return Shipping Policy: When an item is returned for alterations the purchaser pays for the  return and re shipping costs.

Exchange Policy: No exchanges*

*Damaged Items: We consider an item damaged when we deem the item to be substantially and negatively altered in such a way that it affects the aesthetics and the wearability of the piece.

How To Return a Damaged Item: Email us at why@maydinchyna.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will assess and review the issue and advise you within 48 hours whether it fits our damaged return conditions. If it does, we will gladly exchange the product and pay for any associated shipping costs.

Conditions of Return:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged) with all MAYD IN CHYNA tags.

  • All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.

  • MAYD IN CHYNA reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our return policy will be shipped back to the client at their own expense.

Order Changes & Cancellations: You can email why@maydinchyna.com within 2 days of the original order date to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order. We are only able to cancel or change your order within this time frame; unfortunately, we cannot make any changes for orders after the 48 hour period has elapsed.

Undeliverable Orders: Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped to you until you provide us with changes to the delivery address. Once the item is re-shipped to you, you will be responsible for any re-shipment costs.

Duty and Customs: The customer is responsible for all duty and custom taxes.
