Our Design Mission and Our Design Journey

Our Mission, through our parent company Deacor, and this Label is to provide the highest quality, made to measure, vegan and ethical apparel while sourcing 100% USDA certified organic pima, upland cotton, coloured cotton fibre, and in the very near future upcycled fibre to make a truly high quality and long lasting North American product reminiscent of the golden age of apparel manufacturing.

We infuse a stringent farm-to-apparel approach into everything we make.  Working as one family with our suppliers, we start with the finest organically and sustainably grown and certified raw materials, like pima cotton and naturally coloured cotton from New Mexico and upland cotton from Texas.

These responsibly-farmed materials are then transported to our spinner in in North Carolina and Georgia to be made into the highest standard of quality natural fibre yarns.

From there some of our yarns are kept in their natural undyed greige state, while others are dyed adhering to the GOTS standard with low impact and non toxic dyes.

Next the yarns are shipped either to our weaver in North Carolina or our knitter who is also in North Carolina and made into our beautiful and classic custom made textiles.  We do not apply any inputs whatsoever to either the knitting or weaving processes thus making our textiles free from mercerization, sizing, and slashing or any other toxic finishes such as flame retardants and crease resistance.
